Local Section of the American Nuclear Society
The Columbia Section of the American Nuclear Society is the local branch of the ANS for Columbia, South Carolina. If you have interest in nuclear science and technology, we invite you to become a member. We hold periodic (~monthly) dinner meetings with a speaker on a topic of interest. Our Washington, D.C. office acts as a technical resource to senior policy and decision makers. ANS produces position papers on nuclear science and technology issues of our times, publishing these in print and on our website.
