Register Your Boy/Girl Scout Troop for A Day With The Atom, a Boy/Girl Scout Nuclear Badge Event

**All requirements for the Boy Scout Badge and the Girl Scout Patch will be met at the event, and blue cards will be signed as needed.**
A Day with the Atom - Boy and Girl Scouts Merit Badge Workshop
The ANS Columbia Section is seeking volunteers to assist with the Boy and Girl Scouts Nuclear Merit Badge workshop. The workshop will consist of hands-on activities with scouts of varying ages, lead by volunteers from ANS and other local nuclear organizations, to assist the scouts in obtaining their nuclear science merit badge.
Volunteers must attend the volunteer orientation where we will go through the outline and plan for the day of the event. If you cannot attendthe scheduled training please contact Matt Wargon (matthew.wargon@scana.com) for alternatives. If you do not attend the orientation or talk to Matt about an alternative you will not be allowed to participate in the event. The orientation will simply be an overview of each available activity, and volunteers sign ups for specific activity stations they would like to lead/co-lead.

- Tuesday, March 14th 2:00PM, VCS NNOB 145C
- Tuesday, March 14th 6:30PM, 300 Main Street Room 201, USC Campus
