A limited number of exhibition spaces (30) are available on a first-come-first-served basis. These spaces will sell out soon, only 4 spaces remain. An unlimited number of non-exhibitors can also participate in the "literature library" by displaying their brochures and will have their logos and information about their organization included in all promotional materials (attendance is not required). All "literature" and "exhibition" sponsors will have access to meeting rooms to conduct marketing meetings and presentations. Sponsors will also be invited to the a private dinner at the U.S. Consulate on 11 October to commemorate the 4th anniversary of the Indo-U.S. Civil Nuclear Agreement where Dr. S.K. Jain, former NPCIL CMD, and Dr. S. Banerjee, former AEC Chairman will be receive the highest ANS honor, the Presidential Citation, from the ANS Vice-President Donald R. Hoffman.
