Registering for the 2008 Multi-Day Science Teacher Workshop is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Fill out the short reservation form you will find below
2. Print out the email that you will receive shortly after you submit the form. Verify that all the information in this email is correct.
   Please make sure that you will have continuous access to the Contact Information (both postal address and email address) provided in this form. We will be sending you materials and updates, particularly as we get close to the workshop. It will be important for you to have timely access to the information we send you.
3. Send by postal mail the printed email and the $75 registration fee. The registration fee includes Continuing Education Units (CEUs), most meals, lodging accommodations and all instructional materials.

Since there is a limited number of seats available for this workshop, we will only be able to confirm your reservation once we receive the registration fee.

The deadline to register is Friday June 13, 2008.

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive additional details, including driving directions to the University of Richmond Campus, parking and lodging information, pre-workshop assignments, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• We will refund the $75 registration fee if you cancel on or before June 20, 2008.
• The registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations received after June 20, 2008.
