This page describes your Final Assignment. The completion and submission of this final assignment is required in order to obtain 4 CEUs for your participation in the workshop.

This assignment is due by Monday August 4, 2008.

We strongly recommend that you submit your assignment by email both to Reed Johnson and Kevin McCoy, but it can also be sent by postal mail at:

This is your assignment:

1. Take a 27-question multiple-choice test. This test will be posted in our website from Saturday July 19, 2008 until Monday August 4, 2008. The exam can be found at http://local.ans.org/virginia/3dSTW/2008/2008_4dSTW_test.html
2. Prepare and submit a lesson plan using the knowledge gained during the workshop.
3. Provide the answers to your own three questions, the ones you provided as a part of the pre-workshop assignment.

As soon as you complete your assignment we will proceed to send you your certificate of completion and will send the University of Richmond all the paperwork so they can process your 4 CEUs.
