    REGISTRATION:

    The $75 registration fee for the 2012 4-Day Science Workshop includes continuing education credits, all meals, accommodations on campus, and all teaching materials.

    CANCELATION POLICY:

    The $75 registration fee will be reimbursed if you cancel on or before June 29, 2012. Sorry but the registration fee will not be refunded after June 29, 2012.

    Send by postal mail the $75 registration fee along with the Participant's name.
